Fulfillment Policy – Spring Digital Consulting

At Spring Digital Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital consulting services tailored to meet your business needs. Our fulfillment policy outlines the key steps we follow to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

1. Project Initiation

  • Upon agreement and receipt of the initial payment (if applicable), we will initiate the project by conducting a thorough discovery session to understand your specific business goals and project requirements.

  • You will receive a detailed project timeline, outlining milestones and expected delivery dates.

2. Service Scope

  • We will provide consulting services as outlined in the project proposal or contract. Any additional work requested outside the original scope will require a separate agreement and may be subject to additional fees.

  • Clear communication will be maintained throughout the project to ensure mutual understanding of the deliverables.

3. Delivery of Work

  • All work will be delivered in accordance with the agreed project timeline, barring any delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., client delays in providing necessary information or materials).

  • Deliverables may include but are not limited to reports, strategy documents, website designs, or app developments, depending on the scope of the project.

4. Revisions and Adjustments

  • We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions (based on project agreement) to ensure your complete satisfaction. Any revisions beyond this may incur additional fees.

  • Requests for revisions should be submitted within 10 business days of receiving the deliverables.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Timely feedback and communication are critical for meeting deadlines. Clients are responsible for providing necessary information, approvals, and any content required to complete the project.

  • Delays in feedback or lack of communication may affect the overall project timeline.

6. Project Completion

  • Upon project completion, we will provide all agreed-upon deliverables, and any final payment (if applicable) will be due.

  • You will retain full rights to all work created upon full payment, with the exception of any third-party tools or resources utilized in the process.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Clients may cancel projects in writing at any time. Refunds will be processed based on the stage of project completion, and certain costs (such as those incurred for third-party services) may not be refundable.

  • For projects that are canceled after significant work has been completed, a prorated refund will be offered at Spring Digital Consulting’s discretion.

8. Support and Maintenance

  • For ongoing support or maintenance services, a separate agreement can be established. Support beyond the project’s scope will be provided on a case-by-case basis, with applicable fees.

9. Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy and will keep all proprietary information confidential. Any information shared during the course of the project will only be used for the purpose of delivering our services.
